We will repair or replace your product free of charge within 12 months. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects, not typical damage caused by use or structural problems.

Can I specify a delivery date?

You can request a preferred delivery date, and we will always do our best to accommodate it. However, this depends on our schedule and availability in your area—if your requested date is available, we will confirm it; otherwise, we will provide the closest available dates for you to choose from. Please note that deliveries take place between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
