Your Repair Journey with Sofa-Shop:

1. Initiate Your Request:

  • Email us at info@sofa-shop.co.uk with Repair Service - Outside Warranty as the subject.
  • Include your order number, describe the problem, and attach clear images or videos.

2. Assessment & Stock Availability:

  • We'll check for necessary parts. If unavailable, we’ll order them and log your request.

3. Send in Your Sofa:

  • Once parts are ready, we’ll invite you to send your sofa to our depot.

4. Quick Repairs:

  • Your sofa will be refurbished and ready within 7 days of its arrival.

5. Collection & Payment:

  • After repair, you'll be intimated to collect it within the next 7 days.
  • Please settle the payment for the parts before collection.
