Where do you deliver to?

Our head office is located in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, and deliver to most areas within the UK Mainland However to deliver to: Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Dorset, Scottish Islands, Scottish counties north of Clackmannanshire, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Eire, and the Isle of White, we can deliver to these areas using 2-MAN Delivery Service with a carriage fee applied, but the cost and arrangements for the return of the items would be the responsibility of the customer.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?

Yes, our head office is in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire and we deliver to most parts of the mainland UK. However, if you require delivery to Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Dorset, the Scottish Isles, the Scottish counties north of Clackmannanshire, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, Ireland or the Isle of White, we can arrange a 2-MAN delivery for an additional charge. Please note that if you choose this option, you as the customer will be responsible for the costs and arrangements for returning the items.

Do you deliver to Scottish Islands?

Can the courier service take the sofa out of the box and take it through the door in pieces? 

Is your sofa too cluttered? Don't worry, our team of couriers is here to help! If your sofa doesn't fit in the box, we'll remove the packaging and bring it over carefully. No need to stress or strain, just sit back and relax on your brand-new sofa. Trust us, we have the means to make your furniture fit perfectly.

Can I arrange delivery for a chosen date?

We will agree on a delivery date with you, which can be made between 7 am and 10 pm, seven days a week. If you have provided incorrect contact details and we are unable to contact you or deliver your goods, they will be returned to our warehouse and a re-delivery charge of £100 will apply. If you cancel your order, the delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.

Can I delay my delivery even if my sofa has arrived in stock?

Don't worry if you miss your delivery, we are here to help! If you're not available to receive your package, give us at least 48 hours notice and we'll be happy to delay it for you, free of charge. So sit back, relax and let us take care of the rest!

Can I specify or request a delivery date? 

Once a delivery date has been agreed upon, delivery can be scheduled to take place on any day of the week between 7 am and 10 pm. However, if you have provided incorrect contact details and we are unable to deliver your goods, they will be returned to our warehouse and you will be charged a re-delivery fee of £100. In addition, if you decide to cancel your order, the delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.

Do the sofa backrests come off for delivery?

What does your extended warranty cover?

At our company, we are proud to offer a warranty on all of our recliners. This warranty ensures that our customers can have peace of mind when purchasing our products, knowing that they are covered in the event of any manufacturing defects or issues.  All of our products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers any faults or issues that arise as a result of the manufacturing process, including faulty stitching, broken springs, or defects in the frame or upholstery. If you experience any issues with your product within the 12-month warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Please note that the warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover any accidental damage or structural issues that may occur as a result of normal use.

Can I add a warranty once my sofas have been delivered?

When it comes to buying furniture, such as your new sofa, it is always important to consider the protection and peace of mind that a warranty can provide. Unfortunately, once your sofa has been delivered and is comfortably in your home, it is no longer possible to add a warranty. To enjoy the benefits of a warranty, it is necessary to add it to your purchase before the item arrives at your home. While we cannot add a warranty after the fact, we encourage you to take advantage of this valuable option before your next purchase to ensure that your new furniture is protected for years to come.

Can I cancel my order?

Would you like to change or cancel your order? No problem! You have 48 hours before delivery to make changes at no charge. What is your fabric material made up of?

Our recliners are well-made and of excellent quality, ensuring comfort, durability and longevity. We use only the finest materials and pay close attention to every aspect of the manufacturing process to ensure that our recliners meet the highest quality standards:

• Premium quality fabric, aire leather or resilience leather, depending on the chosen design.
• Solid wood: Used to create a sturdy frame that can withstand heavy use.
• Mechanism: Provides a reclining feature and ensures a comfortable seating experience.

Can I order a swatch?

When I use the recliners do the footrest and backrest both recline at the same time?

How long are your cables at the back to plug your sofa in?

Our sofas are fitted with half-metre-long cables, which should be sufficient for most standard domestic installations. However, we recommend that you measure the distance between the desired location of the sofa and the nearest power source to ensure that the cables will reach the power source without causing any inconvenience or safety risks.

If I have knee pains would an electric sofa be better suited for me?

Regular vacuuming will also remove spills. To avoid cracking and discolouration caused by direct sunlight, it is important to keep your technical sofa out of the sun.

How do I clean my fabric sofa? 

Before cleaning your fabric sofa, it is important to check our instructions for any specific cleaning recommendations. Then use a soft brush or Hoover to remove any loose dirt or dust. To clean stains or spills, use a solution of water and mild detergent, taking care not to saturate the fabric. After cleaning, allow the sofa to air dry and avoid using heat or direct sunlight to speed up the drying process.
