Cancellations Policy

If you have placed an order for a bespoke or made to measure product, kindly note that it is not eligible for cancellation or modification. However, for all other products, you may cancel your order up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date without incurring any charges.

We also understand that you may need to make changes to your order. If the desired replacement product is available in our stock, we will be happy to accommodate your request at any time prior to the delivery date. However, if the replacement product is not available, we will schedule a new delivery date for you accordingly.
