Delivery Policy

To ensure a smooth delivery of your goods, please observe the following guidelines:

Delivery Fees

Our delivery service is now available for a flat fee of £39 for delivery services in England and Wales. For deliveries to Scotland, there is a fee of £69, and for Northern Ireland, the delivery fee is £189. No matter where you're located within these regions, you can take advantage of our cost-effective delivery services at these rates. If you have specific delivery requirements, please contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.


Access and Space

Our delivery personnel will require clear access and sufficient space to make the delivery of your goods. You will be notified in advance of the delivery, and if necessary, you are responsible for holding up the road and managing the delivery process. Our drivers cannot block public highways.

Responsibility for Delivery

You are responsible for ensuring that your property is suitable for delivery and that the goods can be delivered to your desired location, either at your doorstep or in the room of your choice and assembled if necessary.

Exceptional Circumstances

You must inform us of any exceptional circumstances that may affect the delivery of your goods, such as elevated delivery locations, parking restrictions, narrow roads, inaccessible roads, one-way systems, or rural mud tracks.
Damages: If the goods are damaged during the delivery process due to awkward or tight deliveries, you will be held responsible for the damages and the goods cannot be returned, replaced, cancelled, or exchanged.

Accessibility

Please ensure that the delivery path, such as stairways or lifts, is wide enough to accommodate the goods and that the delivery can be made to your desired location. Please also clear the area where the goods are to be placed in advance to avoid any delays.

Failed Deliveries

Failed deliveries due to access issues will not be our responsibility, and re-delivery fees will apply when the delivery is rescheduled.
Delivery Service

We prioritize timely delivery of your goods and will do everything in our power to ensure that the delivery is made as agreed. However, there may be unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic, breakdowns, or weather, that may impact the delivery schedule. In these cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the delivery as soon as possible.

Contact Information

We will agree on a delivery date with you, and the delivery can be made between 7 am and 10 pm, Monday to Sunday. If you have provided incorrect contact information and we are unable to reach you or complete the delivery, the goods will be returned to our warehouse, and a re-delivery fee of £100 will apply. If you cancel the order, the delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.

Standard Delivery Service

Our standard delivery service includes the delivery of the goods to a room of your choice on the ground floor only. We do not unpack and assemble the sofas or remove the packaging. You can choose a further assembly service for an upgraded service.

Delivery Area

Our head office is located Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, and deliver to most areas within the UK Mainland However to deliver to: Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Dorset, Scottish Islands, Scottish counties north of Clackmannanshire, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Eire, and the Isle of Wight, we can deliver to these areas using 2-MAN delivery Service with a carriage fee applied, but the cost and arrangements for the return of the items would be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Delivery Lead Time

All of our sofas are in stock, and delivery can usually be made within 5 days, although delivery times may be extended up to 10 days.

Flights of stairs

Our delivery service is limited to delivering goods up to two flights of stairs. If the delivery address exceeds two flights of stairs, you will need to make alternative arrangements to receive their delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that their delivery address is accessible for 2-MAN delivery's service.

We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred as a result of an inaccessible delivery addresses. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, and customers are advised to review them periodically for updates.
