How long will my sofa take to get delivered?
We're happy to offer express sofa delivery, which means that your new furniture will be carried to your door in 3 to 10 days! We know how important it is to get things done quickly, so we try to make the shipping process as smooth as possible.

The Sofa Shop is pleased to offer a fully equipped showroom where you can see and touch our high-quality furniture. Our shop is a fun place to explore our inventory and find the furniture that suits your needs and tastes. You can compare colours, materials and styles through a variety of display choices. Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Our products come with a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers manufacturing faults such as seams, springs, frames and upholstery. We will repair or replace your product free of charge within 12 months. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects, not typical damage caused by use or structural problems.
Can I specify a delivery date?
You can request a preferred delivery date, and we will always do our best to accommodate it. However, this depends on our schedule and availability in your area—if your requested date is available, we will confirm it; otherwise, we will provide the closest available dates for you to choose from. Please note that deliveries take place between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
Do your products meet fire safety standards in the UK?
Yes. All of our items are checked for compliance with UK fire and safety laws since your security is our priority!
